What I do:
I work with founders and investors in forming and financing high-growth technology and life sciences companies, anything from mergers and acquisitions, strategic relationships and recapitalizations to general corporate governance and strategic matters. Since moving to London this year, I’ve been really focused on helping emerging and growth stage companies navigate fundraising from US-based investors and in helping US-based investors find and invest in opportunities in the UK.
