What I do:
I advise private companies on formations, governance, financings, and mergers and acquisitions across an eclectic range of industries. I also represent investors in financing transactions, from angel rounds to growth equity investments. I spend much of my time helping the leaders of companies work through the challenges and opportunities that result from fast growth and high aspirations. On a daily basis, I interact with some of the smartest, most inspirational and hard-working people on the planet. Being able to play even a small role in the growth and success of their companies and in the proliferation of their ideas is highly rewarding.
