What I do:
I support entrepreneurs so that they can focus on growing their businesses and creating an impact. I assist emerging companies throughout their life cycle, from entity formation and early seed funding through late-stage financings, acquisitions and public offerings. I also work with investors to diligence and finance high-growth, high-impact companies. I’m also fortunate to work with many nonprofits and social enterprises and provide guidance to “B corps” on matters like certification and reporting.
