What I do:
I work with entrepreneurs and venture capital investors in forming and financing emerging life sciences/healthcare and technology companies. I handle everything from formations, venture capital financings, recapitalizations, mergers and acquisitions, spin-outs and general corporate matters to initial public offerings and other strategic transactions.

What my clients value:
I give clients practical solutions that cut to the chase. I work collaboratively with clients and the other parties involved in transactions to resolve issues in ways that work for all.
