An effective non-disclosure agreement, or NDA, can help protect your company’s intellectual property from being disclosed to a third party. As a resource to the community, we at Cooley GO have prepared a form of mutual NDA for use by Singapore companies. This mutual NDA requires both parties to keep the other party’s information confidential, and can be used when both parties are sharing sensitive information. A one-way NDA is more appropriate if you are sharing information, but the other side is not sharing any of its sensitive information with you. You can generate Form of One-way Non-Disclosure Agreement (Singapore).
Please note that this NDA is intended for use by technology companies. If you need an NDA intended for use by life sciences companies, please contact your attorney.
